At B. Braun Medical, we are searching for ambitious, high‑potential graduates to join our International Finance Trainee Program, a comprehensive two‑year journey designed to develop future finance leaders through hands-on experience, strategic exposure, and global collaboration.

This unique program combines structured international training with in-depth local rotations across core finance functions, offering you a solid foundation to grow within one of the world’s leading healthcare companies.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Controlling

  • Work with KPIs, dashboards (Power BI) and analytical P&L.
  • Support budgeting, cost center controlling, and variance analysis.
  • Participate in process improvements in the SAP CO module.

Accounting

  • Gain experience in journal entries, general ledger and month-end closing.
  • Learn to interpret financial statements and use SAP FI.

Tax

  • Understand key taxes (VAT, payroll, corporate tax).
  • Assist with audit preparations and learn basics of international taxation and intercompany flows.

Credit Management & Collections

  • Support collections, dispute management, and process alignment.
  • Gain exposure to legal recovery procedures.

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • Master’s graduate (or final-year student) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in international finance.
  • Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • Global mindset and willingness to relocate for the international rotation.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
