Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Renal Operational Manager to lead and optimize the performance of our dialysis operations nationwide. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, enhancing patient care, and supporting sustainable growth. If you have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in renal care, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes, we want to hear from you.

 

Key Focus Areas:

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of multiple renal units.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals and healthcare partners.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse (Nephrology) or HPCSA as a Graduate Clinical Technologist.
  • BHSc Clinical Technology (Nephrology) with 5+ years in renal unit and regional management (essential).
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-site healthcare operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • PD experience and willingness to travel.
