As a Regional Sales Manager at B. Braun, you will oversee sales activities within your designated region, ensuring achievement of targets, customer satisfaction, and business growth. You will develop regional sales strategies, lead and mentor a high‑performing team, and collaborate across departments to align sales execution with company objectives. This role requires strong leadership, market insight, and the ability to leverage CRM and analytics tools to drive performance and efficiency.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning — Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals, set measurable targets, and ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.

  • Market & Business Insights — Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and respond to customer needs.

  • Leadership & Team Development — Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and career growth.

  • Customer Management — Build strong client relationships, gather feedback, improve retention, and lead business reviews to identify opportunities.

  • Performance Monitoring — Track KPIs such as sales, revenue, and retention, and provide insights to senior management.

  • CRM Management — Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce, manage leads and opportunities, and use BI dashboards for territory planning.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Must have at least 7 years of sales experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.

  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

  • Solid knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape within the region.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a data‑driven mindset.

  • High level of accountability, integrity, and results orientation.

  • Willing to be based in Davao City, Philippines.
