Within the newly established Group Real Estate Management (GREM) function, we are looking for a Regional Head of Real Estate Western Europe (f/m/d).

As Head of Real Estate Western Europe (f/m/d), you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the future real estate operating model for the region. You will drive portfolio performance, strategic investment planning and organizational development while acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders across the Group.
In addition to the regional responsibility, the position holder will also assume the Country Head responsibility for the respective country in which the role is based.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the regional real estate strategy in alignment with B. Braun’s corporate and business objectives
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the new Group Real Estate Management operating model
- Develop and steer regional real estate master plans, investment plans and performance roadmaps
- Ensure effective portfolio governance across industrial, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and office assets
- Drive portfolio optimization, operational excellence and sustainability initiatives across the region
- Act as a strategic business partner to divisional management, country organizations and key stakeholders
- Functionally lead the regional real estate community and foster collaboration across countries and Centers of Competence
- Drive the implementation of Group real estate standards, governance models and strategic initiatives
- Monitor and improve regional performance through relevant financial, operational, ESG and utilization KPIs
- Facilitate best-practice sharing, capability development and talent growth across the regional organization
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between Group, regional and country-level stakeholders
- Support the transformation and further professionalization of the real estate function across Western Europe
Professional Competencies:
- Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in Corporate Real Estate within an international industrial environment
- Proven track record in managing complex real estate portfolios across multiple asset classes
- Extensive experience in portfolio strategy, investment planning and capital project governance
- Experience leading organizational transformation and developing high-performing real estate organizations
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale real estate and construction projects
- Strong understanding of facility management, industrial infrastructure and regulated operating environments
- Demonstrated success in matrix organizations and cross-functional leadership environments
- Strong financial, strategic and commercial acumen
- Fluent English skills are mandatory; additional European languages are considered an advantage
- High willingness to travel across the region
