As a R&D Engineer at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role in….
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand existing technologies, market trends, and customer needs. Brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas, features, or improvements
- Create detailed designs, specifications, and prototypes. Collaborate with other engineers to develop and refine product components.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, test results, and project progress. Present findings and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non technical audiences
- Stay updated on industry advancements, attend conferences, and participate in training. Seek opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains..
What you will bring to the team:
- Major in mechanical design engineering, Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum five years working experience in medical industry, executed complete new product development process, certain project management & change management experience;
- Be experienced with surgical instruments, be skillful with prduct design engineering and CATIA modeling, and understand the related medical standards;
- Good to have knowledges with international norms and standards for surgical instruments;
- Good communication skills, innovative, analytical thinking, conceptual skills;
- Self-management with hands-on mentality, openness and courage to try something new;
- Fluent English skills in written and oral communication
