As a Quality Management Clerk (based in Cikampek) with us in B.Braun, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence within our Quality Management framework. You’ll drive continuous improvement, oversee calibration, and maintain packaging development standards in line with local and global regulations.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage, control, and ensure all company documents—including procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality records—are stored, distributed, and updated according to management system requirements
- Organize, monitor, and report on change control related to the Company's quality management system. Operate existing change control applications. Collaborate with all parties in implementing change activities.
- Support in batch review records such as :

- Ensure that the collected BMR is complete, accurate, and signed by all relevant parties.
- Review the BMR for consistency of process parameters, in-process data and analysis results, any deviations, OOS, or incomplete information
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Quality Assurance to clarify data or deviations.
- Contribute to the investigation of deviations, OOS, or other batch issues.
Professional & Personal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacist/Analytical Chemistry/Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge in GMP policies and study.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Analytical thinking, Communicative and Adaptive.
- Willing to work on a contract basis for 6 months (replacement for maternity leave).
