Funciones del puesto (Job Functions):

 

Coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas al sistema de acciones correctivas y preventivas (CAPA). Esto incluye, sin limitarse a, revisar, emitir requisiciones de CAPA, dar seguimiento a las fases de CAPA en la frecuencia establecida, documentar minutas de reunión, completar proceso de revisión de efectividad y asegurar el cierre de los archivos de CAPA. Mantener  la base de datos y libro de registro de CAPAs actualizados. Mantener el seguimiento para el cumplimiento de cierre de  los archivos de CAPA a tiempo. (Coordinate all CAPA activities. This includes, but is not limited to review, CAPA request issuance, send follow up in established frequency, document meeting minutes, complete monitoring process, ensure completion and filing, and closure of CAPA files. Maintain updated CAPA database and logbooks. Manage the timeline for each CAPA according to the individual file.)
Revisar la tendencia relacionada con las discrepancias del proceso de manufactura, quejas de cliente, reporte de desviaciones, fuera de especificación, SCANs, discrepancias detectadas en Inspección de Recibo, Sistema de Auditoría, CAPAs y calibraciones. (Review trends for quality related with issues such as manufacturing process discrepancies, PIRs, deviation report, OOSs, PM, SCAN, Incoming discrepancies, Audit Tracking System, CAPA, Calibrations).
Preparar los reportes mensuales de CAPA a ser presentados al CMT (Prepare and present CAPA monthly report for CAPA Management Team).
