Production Supervisor

We are looking for motivated Production Supervisors to lead and manage a team of technicians throughout each shift.
 

Based at our decontamination facility in Pudsey, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our production team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
 

You will be responsible for coaching and supporting your team, ensuring clear and effective communication, and overseeing performance and absence management.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
 

We have Monday – Friday positions available, as well as some weekend shifts. The shift times are as follows:-

06:00 – 14:00

14:00 – 22:00

22:00 – 06:00

Please note, these are permanent shifts and are not part of a rotating schedule. You will have the option to select your preferred shift time when completing the application.

Your main responsibilities will be:
 

  • Working within the production team throughout the facility to ensure all turnaround targets are met to 99.5% standard.
  • Performance and absence management of team.
  • Maintaining the instrumentation in a good and useable condition, undertaking inspection checks throughout the process.
  • Reporting any defects affecting the instrumentation in a timely manner.
  • Able to support and coach staff in various production areas.
  • Responding efficiently to customer needs and liaising with theatres.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:
 

  • Previous experience of working in a production environment.
  • Experience of working in a department that adheres to quality standards and follows procedures.
  • Team player with the ability to instruct and inform technicians.
  • Strong supervisory abilities, focused on guiding the team and ensuring targets are met.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software and systems.
