Production Supervisor - I (B 4:00pm to 1:00am))

MAIN DUTIES:
Supervises, plans, and directs production lines using available resources to meet the area's production plan in compliance with applicable quality standards. Ensures that necessary components are supplied adequately and in a timely manner. Ensures compliance with company standards and policies.

EXPERIENCE:
1 or more years of experience in supervisory positions in medical device companies or free trade zones. 

EDUCATION:
Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.

Knowledge of GMP.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) desired.

REQUIREMENTS:
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel 

Lean Manufacturing and/or Green Belt desierd
Knowledge of SAP
Failure and Risk AnalysisKnowledge of ergonomics.
Time study and methods.
Statistical tools. 

Digital documentation systems.

Root cause analysis and research tools.
