Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the global Process Mining strategy across B. Braun, ensuring alignment with business priorities and transformation goals.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Celonis and Process Mining, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify and realize business value through process optimization.
  • Own and continuously develop the GBS Process Mining Service, including governance, standards, methodologies, and service adoption.
  • Lead and coordinate Process Mining initiatives, from opportunity identification to implementation and value realization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, process owners, IT, and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Coordinate and further develop the global Process Mining Community, fostering knowledge sharing and maturity of Process Mining capabilities.
  • Lead and support a small team of Process Mining professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and direction.
  • Ensure effective delivery of Process Mining projects using agile methodologies and close collaboration with business and technical teams.

 

 

Professional Competencies

  • Several years of hands-on experience with Celonis and enterprise-level Process Mining initiatives.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful Process Mining use cases within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environment.
  • Strong expertise in process optimization, operational excellence, business transformation, and value realization.
  • Experience defining Process Mining roadmaps, governance models, and service offerings.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and executive stakeholders on strategic business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM); experience with SAP Signavio is an advantage.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating activities in an agile environment.
  • Fluent English; German language skills are considered a plus.

Salary range: 21.000 - 27.000 PLN gross monthly.
