Responsibilities:

Product management responsibilities include : Overall responsibilities for the success of the products, which includes developing short & long term strategies, developing program, materials & tactics to achieve marketing objectives

Assist developing business plan for product launch in both pharmaceuticals especially in injectable drugs and medical devices focusing on infusion therapy & surgical therapy

Closely work with sales organization by translating overall business strategies into sales channel tactics to ensure company achieves sales target and business growth

Take responsibility for the marketing planning and execution in assigned product lines

Support other functional departments and top management in exploring and capitalizing new business opportunities as well as in resolving business issues

Support internal product training to sales team and assist in medical marketing to external parties
Requirements:

University graduate preferably in biological science or business

At least 3-5 ears progressive sales and marketing experiences with 2-year proven track record in product management (experiences in pharmaceutical or medical industry is an advantage)

Ability to translate market insight into strategic plans and implementation tactics

Strong planning and organization skills in event management

Excellent marketing senses to identify opportunities to maximize brand growth

Positive attitude, outgoing personality, strong communication skill (both written & oral) and interpersonal skill, ability to work cross-functionally
