Lead the full product lifecycle including planning, implementation, evaluation of product strategies, inventory coordination with Supply Chain, and effective marketing budget management.

Drive portfolio management by adjusting product offerings to meet local market needs and support sustainable business unit growth.

Oversee complaint management by handling product complaints according to company SOPs and ensuring timely follow‑through with internal teams.

Achieve financial and business targets by meeting sales goals, managing margins, discounts, and expenses, and coordinating sponsorship activities in line with company policies.

Strengthen customer engagement through relationship management, handling customer feedback, and coordinating training and educational programs with cross‑functional teams.

Maintain operational excellence and compliance by adhering to regulations, optimizing CRM and company tools, verifying project data, and collaborating with multiple internal units on product testing, installation, and training.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Science, Marketing or Business
- 2-5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry with strong exposure to MNCs.
- Experience with consumables and working within a PMA is highly advantageous.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in leadership / people-management.
- Strong command in English.
- Good in analytical thinking and market healthcare business process.
