Product Manager (f/m/d) - Spine Surgery

For the Aesculap division at the Tuttlingen site, we are looking for a Product Manager (f/m/d) for our Global Marketing department in the field of spine surgery.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the portfolio and lifecycle management of your product area
  • You conduct market and competitive analyses as the basis for appropriate market activities and roadmap strategies
  • You contribute to cross-departmental and cross-indication goals and strategies
  • As a Product Manager (f/m/d), you maintain close collaboration with clinical partners and customers, as well as colleagues from R&D, Supply Chain Management, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Training Management, and local Marketing & Sales organizations
  • You develop comprehensive surgical solutions that combine traditional treatment methods with digital technologies such as planning, navigation, and robotics
  • You oversee and manage our innovation and maintenance projects for new product and technology platforms and solutions within assigned project teams.
  • You provide input for the development of suitable service concepts, business and financing models, as well as corresponding communication materials, concepts, and strategies (analog, digital, virtual) worldwide
  • You develop go-to-market concepts and strategies together with international sales teams and local Marketing & Sales organizations
  • You support the operational implementation of these strategies and solutions in the markets

 

Professional skills:

  • You have a degree in business administration or medical technology or possess a comparable qualification
  • You have extensive experience in marketing and/or sales of surgical or medical technology products
  • You have several years of experience in spine surgery or orthopedics
  • You have an affinity for and enjoy working with digital technologies and virtual communication tools
  • You have business-fluent English skills (additional foreign languages are an advantage)

  • You enjoy collaborating with international colleagues and users worldwide, and you are willing to undertake the associated international travel
  • You have a confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to convince others of your ideas
