B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up Summer 2026 is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.

Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."

 

 A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Support strategic and technical planning for manufacturing projects, including monitoring new production technologies and conducting feasibility assessments.
  • Assist regional projects (including Vietnam) through technical research, vendor assessment, and participation in cross‑functional international project teams.
  • Coordinate implementation activities, working with suppliers, supporting project management tasks, and handling small project assignments independently.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, including updating Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and coordinating local/regional sustainability activities.

C/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Final-year student or having less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation or other related technical fields.
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
