Senior Workplace Analytics & Windows Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving the digital workplace experience for our employees.Your primary focus will be on analyzing, measuring, and improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Workplace Analytics, and Power BI. You will identify trends, uncover root causes of user-impacting issues, and drive data-based improvements across our endpoint environment.In addition, you will contribute to the operational excellence of our Windows workplace ecosystem through expertise in Windows client engineering, hardware integration, driver management, and 2nd-level support.This role combines analytics, engineering, and operational support to proactively enhance workplace quality, stability, and employee productivity.
Duties and responsibilities:
Digital Employee Experience (DEX) & Analytics
- Analyze and continuously improve the Digital Employee Experience using HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) or a similar solution in this environment.
- Identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities related to endpoint performance, stability, and user experience.
- Proactively detect issues before they generate support tickets or impact employee productivity.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Workplace, Infrastructure, Service Management, and Engineering teams to drive sustainable improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement measures and remediation activities.
Reporting & Power BI
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Transform complex endpoint, hardware, operational, and DEX data into meaningful insights for technical and management audiences.
- Define, track, and continuously improve key performance indicators related to user experience, endpoint health, and service quality.
- Analyze trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide data-driven insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Windows Workplace Engineering
- Provide 2nd-level support for complex Windows client incidents and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis for operating system, application, hardware, driver, and firmware-related issues.
- Support hardware integration, lifecycle management, and platform engineering activities.
- Manage and optimize driver, BIOS, firmware, and hardware compatibility processes.
- Participate in pilots, testing, and deployment of new client devices and workplace technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the endpoint environment
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Solid experience in Windows client engineering and endpoint support.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune and ideally Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, drivers, and endpoint-related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of workplace technologies and endpoint management concepts.
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Endpoint Analytics, or similar monitoring and analytics platforms is a strong advantage.

Salary ranges: 14.000 - 18.000 PLN gross monthly.
