We are looking for a Senior IT Inhouse Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors for the Enterprise Applications division in the central Information Technology department.
All global applications and platforms are operated and developed in the Enterprise Applications division to provide the best possible support for processes and workflows within the company. The focus is on system stability and the digitalization of business processes.
Duties and responsibilities:
- You have very good knowledge and many years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules
- You are responsible for gathering, analyzing and evaluating technical requirements as well as their implementation and documentation
- You will provide technical advice to the Group Human Resources department with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
- You work on projects and take over the project management for local/global projects as well
- You will be actively involved in 2nd level support and in identifying optimization potentials
- Availability to travel 50%
Professional competencies:
- You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with a corresponding practical background
- You have several years of professional experience in the area of SAP SuccessFactors
- You have a good understanding and knowledge of HR processes and their interfaces
- You have strong teamwork and communication skills
- You have a very good level of written and spoken English and German

- You are technically enthusiastic and enjoy learning new things
- You enjoy working in a team, but are also able to work on topics independently
- Taking responsibility is a matter of course for you
- You have a high level of initiative
