As a Security Architect specializing in IT Infrastructure and Network Security with a focus on Operational Technology (OT), you are a key member of our global Information Security team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that IT systems — such as servers, applications, and networks — are securely designed, deployed, and operated within OT environments. You will work closely with infrastructure teams, OT and global stakeholders to bridge the gap between classical IT security and the unique requirements of OT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure IT infrastructure and network architectures tailored for OT environments, including production systems and industrial networks.
- Define and enforce security policies and technical controls for IT components used in OT, such as access control, segmentation, patching, and secure remote access.
- Conduct risk assessments and security evaluations for IT systems operating in OT contexts, including hybrid IT/OT deployments.
- Collaborate with IT, OT, and production teams to ensure secure integration and interoperability between enterprise IT and operational systems.
- Develop and maintain secure configuration baselines for servers, applications, and network components used in OT.
- Drive the adoption of Zero Trust principles and modern security frameworks in OT-aligned IT infrastructure.
- Contribute to the harmonization and standardization of InfoSec processes across IT and OT domains.
- Provide Level 3 support for infrastructure-related security incidents and participate in change and release management processes.
- Train and advise internal teams on secure IT infrastructure practices in OT environments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and network security, ideally with exposure to OT environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems (e.g., Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, firewalls, identity management) and their secure deployment in production settings.
- Familiarity with OT-specific requirements and standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST 800-82) and how they intersect with IT security.
- Experience with network segmentation, secure remote access, and monitoring in mixed IT/OT environments.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and secure identity and access management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across IT, OT, and production teams in a global organization.
