People Services Specialist with French

The People Services Specialist with French solves queries which require specific HR knowledge and higher degree of policy interpretation. The focus lies on SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding, Validated Learning and other responsibilities defined in People Services scope. Languages required: English + French. Other languages would be a plus. 

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Operational excellence – Promotes efficient and effective service delivery and execution of processes within People Services: (e.g. validated Learning administration, Employee Central Data Maintenance, Recruitment and Onboarding administration) by solving complex inquiries that require specific HR knowledge and/or higher degree of policy interpretation,
  • Provides timely, accurate and value-adding answers to complex HR-related local or global queries from employees and business managers across the People Services scope (administration of Validated Learning, Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding) in close alignment and collaboration with CoC and HRBPs,
  • Ensures contact with CoCs to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the designated processes and policies covered,
  • Works in close alignment with People Services Global Reporting Hub,
  • Delivers country-specific / business unit specific training to HR, Business and other People Services Teams,
  • Shares information and knowledge with other colleagues (e.g. Front Office, Teamlead)
  • Interprets policy and solves problems,
  • Works on People Services and HR digitalization projects and supports the execution of different People Services processes,
  • Supports continuous improvement of HR processes in close alignment with CoCs and Global Process Coordinators,
  • Is proactively involved in cross-departmental teams and projects.

 

Professional competencies:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in People Services / HR Services / People and Culture area.
  • Knowledge of HR Processes, especially in HR Administration, Learning Administration, Recruitment and Onboarding,
  • Knowledge and previous experience of working with HR / HCM systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors,
  • Language combination: English + French on fluent level (B2+), also any other languages on communicative level (B1+) would be a plus.

Salary range: 8.000 - 11.000 PLN gross monthly.
