Global Mobility Specialist

Duties and responsibilities:

As a Global Mobility Specialist within our global People Service organization, you will work closely with our Global Mobility team in the German headquarters. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing assignment-related documentation, including assignment contracts and calculations
  • Handling applications for certificates of coverage and other social security documentation (e.g., A1 forms)
  • Ensuring correct taxation in host and home countries in collaboration with tax providers and internal payroll teams
  • Managing internal chargebacks and coordinating cost allocation processes across entities
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in HR systems, and ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements

 

Professional competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in global mobility or international HR
  • Sound knowledge of social security coordination, tax, immigration, and international labor law
  • Experience in preparing assignment agreements
  • Understanding of intercompany cost allocation and cross-border payroll/taxation principles

 

Personal competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as high-level of service orientation
  • Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience in a Shared Services or multinational environment is highly desirable
