- Manage replenishment planning and inventory governance across multiple dialysis centres, including optimising stock parameters, validating movements, and leading stock count cycles.
- Ensure compliance and risk control through centre visits, adherence to storage standards, FEFO practices, and corrective action for significant variances.
- Oversee billing accuracy and month‑end closing, resolving complex discrepancies, implementing preventive measures, and coordinating cross‑functional issue resolution.
- Drive automation, digital transformation, and process optimisation by analysing workflows, leading improvement projects, and training teams on new tools.
- Strengthen audit readiness and internal controls by preparing audit documentation, enhancing SOPs and governance, and conducting spot‑check audits.
- Lead master data governance and cross‑functional collaboration, standardising material data, mentoring team members, partnering with key stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Supply Chain, Order Management and Inventory Management or related.
- Min 3 years of experience and above, especially within the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical / medical devices).
- Experience in SAP is a must-have, however, ideally with MM and SD knowledge.
