As a Senior Executive – HR Business Partner at B. Braun, you play a vital role in designing, implementing and monitoring HR programs and policies, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, diversity programs and more. You will also be reviewing and planning for long term HR needs and trends.
Your key responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage salary benchmarking, payroll processing, and incentive planning to ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers for fair and constructive evaluations.
- Training and Development: Design and implement employee development programs, including training and succession planning, to support organizational growth.
- Recruitment: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively.
- Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and ensure compliance with policies while fostering engagement and resolving conflicts.
Required Qualifications & Skillsets
- Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Must be conversant in Malaysian Employment/Labour Laws and other relevant legislations
- Good working knowledge in HRM
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of effective and strategic business partnerships
- Knowledge of Bossnet software & SAP Success Factors is an added advantage
- Familiar with MS Office applications
