As a Sales Executive – ORS (Johor Bahru), you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening our Operating Room Supplies business across Mersing, Johor Bahru, and Kluang by identifying customer needs, delivering solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and providing reliable after‑sales support. You will build strong customer relationships, support tenders and product education, handle complaints promptly, stay on‑call as needed, and use CRM tools, timely collections, and accurate reporting to drive sales activities and meet territorial targets.
 
 
Your key responsibilities: 
  • Identify, engage, and develop new and existing customers by understanding unmet needs, providing suitable solutions, closing sales, and delivering consistent after‑sales support.
  • Achieve territorial sales targets through effective planning, execution of sales and marketing activities, managing prospects, and maintaining strong control over assigned territories.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key hospital stakeholders while sustaining a strong customer network for continuous sales growth.
  • Manage operational and compliance duties, including handling product complaints and pharmacovigilance submissions, preparing accurate quotations, updating CRM tools, and completing required reports on time.
  • Represent the company professionally by conducting hospital-level talks, participating in industry events and trainings, supporting tenders/contracts, staying on standby/on-call as required, and collaborating effectively as a team player.

 

What you will bring to the team: 

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Business or Science.
  • Min 2–  3 years of sales experience in healthcare (pharmaceutical and/or medical devices).
  • Experience in covering hospital accounts.
  • Various selling techniques and able to apply / demonstrate it during business / product promotion to customers.
