As a Regional Service Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role  as main contact for technical issues, bridging communication between local teams, regional offices, and global technical service, support and guide country-level technical teams to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery—covering installations, repairs, and ongoing support, Lead and organize technical training for Avitum equipment across the APAC region.

 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Deep technical expertise in Avitum machines: operation, calibration, repair, and usage in clinical settings
  • Conduct product demos, training, and support engineers across the region
  • Lead and mentor regional technical teams; coach junior engineers
  • Analyze service data to identify operational issues and improvement areas
  • Collaborate with regional commercial teams on product launches and technical support
  • Act as a technical specialist with strong business acumen
  • Provide training and serve as the go-to expert for technical matters

 

What you will bring to the team: 

  • Strong business understanding and proven leadership experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior engineering role
  • Technical expertise in medical equipment or related industries (e.g., dialysis machines)
  • Experience in training and mentoring
  • Collaboration experience with commercial/sales teams
  • Ability to analyze machine performance and service data
  • Strong English (spoken & written) is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus
