Your key responsibilities:
- Lead and execute supply chain strategies while driving business transformation, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and customer service.
- Ensure high service levels and product availability through effective inventory management, operational excellence, and performance monitoring.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics providers, to optimize cost, quality, service, and business outcomes.
- Manage supply chain budgets, KPIs, compliance, and governance requirements while delivering sustainable operational and financial performance.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10-12 years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Proven experience leading supply chain functions within a multinational organization.
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries will be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and customer service operations.
