As a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive (Medical Devices) at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by managing key healthcare accounts, expanding market presence, and delivering value-based solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers across assigned territories.
Your key responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow assigned territories/accounts within hospitals and healthcare institutions
  • Drive product portfolio sales across assigned therapeutics (e.g. infusion therapy, dialysis, surgical products, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share through strategic account planning
  • Conduct product presentations, clinical demonstrations, and in-service training
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, clinical, supply chain) to support business objectives
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing landscape
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements

 

What you will bring to the team:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Business or related field
  • 1–8 years of sales experience (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare preferred)
  • Exposure to hospital-based selling and tender processes is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
