As a Senior Executive/ Executive – Supply Chain Management (Service Provider – Dialysis Center business) with B.Braun Malaysia, you will play a vital role in supporting daily supply chain operations across dialysis centres by assisting in replenishment preparation, stock movements, billing documentation, and stock-count activities. This entry-level role focuses on accuracy, discipline and learning core supply chain processes under the guidance of senior team members. The position plays a crucial role in ensuring documentation completeness, supporting centre teams, and maintaining smooth operational flow. The role requires occasional travel to centres for stock counts and operational support. 

 

• Support replenishment planning and inventory tracking for medical consumables, including stock monitoring and system updates to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with physical stock counts and occasional site visits to verify inventory levels, storage practices, and compliance.
• Handle supply-related billing validation, ensuring accurate charges, proper documentation, and timely submission for month-end closing.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in inventory or billing to maintain data accuracy and smooth operations.
• Contribute to process improvement by gathering data, supporting system testing (UAT), and sharing feedback on operational challenges.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance, while collaborating with internal teams and centres to resolve issues and support daily operations.

 

What you will bring to the team: 

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Supply Chain, Order Management and Inventory Management or related.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with ERP; knowledge of SAP (SD & MM modules) is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of inventory management concepts (FIFO/FEFO, stock accuracy).
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and document filing.
