Support replenishment planning and inventory tracking for medical consumables, including stock monitoring and system updates to ensure accuracy.

Assist with physical stock counts and occasional site visits to verify inventory levels, storage practices, and compliance.

Handle supply-related billing validation, ensuring accurate charges, proper documentation, and timely submission for month-end closing.

Identify and escalate discrepancies in inventory or billing to maintain data accuracy and smooth operations.

Contribute to process improvement by gathering data, supporting system testing (UAT), and sharing feedback on operational challenges.

Maintain documentation for audits and compliance, while collaborating with internal teams and centres to resolve issues and support daily operations.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Supply Chain, Order Management and Inventory Management or related.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP; knowledge of SAP (SD & MM modules) is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of inventory management concepts (FIFO/FEFO, stock accuracy).
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and document filing.
