As an Executive - Finance at B. Braun you will play a vital role in ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency by resolving invoice and goods receipt discrepancies, managing vendor payments, supporting treasury functions, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your expertise will drive timely transactions, support compliance, and contribute to smooth month-end and year-end closings—all while collaborating across teams and upholding our commitment to excellence.

 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Address issues of non-goods received (GR) / invoice received (IR), reconcile and resolve discrepancy arising due to price or quantity (for PO postings), clearing of goods or services received clearing (GRC) accounts, follow up on approvals for vendor invoice management (VIM) system, coordinate and verify on vendors' payment proposal and payment runs with AP Shared Service Centre (SSC).
  • Support treasury functions such as cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers. To ensure the payment to vendors are arrange timely in accordance with payment terms, generate weekly immediate payment and any other ad-hoc payments.
  • Compile and issue non-trade invoices and credit notes for cross charges to related parties and external third parties.
  • Coordinate, compile and respond to various surveys from statutory bodies and any fixed / adhoc reports where required.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

*The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

 

What you will bring to the team: 

  • Degree in accounting, finance or related field;
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office;
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and treasury; 
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
