B Braun Vietnam is looking for an HRBP Officer to partner closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, supporting key people initiatives across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development. This role plays a critical part in aligning HR practices with business goals while delivering a positive employee experience.
As an HRBP Officer, you will work directly with business leaders to understand their people needs, provide HR guidance, and drive impactful HR activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. I. Job Purpose:
The Officer – HRBP position is responsible for offering expertise in all people areas. The incumbent shall work closely with business managers to support the plan of capability and people development. The role will handle operation tasks to support the superior in managing various employee relation issues, resolution and investigations, performance management, traning and development, talent aquisition and retention.
II. Tasks & Responsibility:
1. Strategic HR leadership & Change management
1.1) Support the superior in partnering with business and supporting to deliver business goals through people guidance and consultation.
1.2) Consult with line management, providing HR guidance and consultation when appropriate.
1.3) Support the superior in the change management and people aspects of business transitions, (e.g. new leadership principles), support HR digitization, support implementing the change initiatives at designated business functions with agility and possess mindset of a change agent.
2. Workforce planning, resourcing and recruitment
2.1) Provide inputs and support the superior in business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
2.2) Support the recruitment process for positions in the Sales and Marketing Department nationwide and support direct manager/ supervisor in senior management positions.
2.3) Consult hiring managers for candidate requirements, provide professional support and advice on the recruitment process.
2.4) Ensure to track and manage well recruitment databases. Analyze labor market in the Pharmaceutical & Medical devices industries through candidates’ information and social media.
2.5) Conduct monthly market intelligence reports to get up to date with the industry and labor market, advise HR leaders and hiring managers on the best practice recruitment and selection as well as labor market trends.
2.6) Conduct the Selection process for Fresh Speed Up Program and proactively enrich talent pool from a variety of sources to build a talent pipeline for the organization.
2.7) Prepare and follow up the onboarding process and probation of newcomers complying with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as implement Orientation training for new employees.
2.8) Cooperate with the Talent Acquisition team and Corporate Communications for other talent acquisition and employer branding activities
3. Performance management
3.1) Support the superior in partnering with line managers to execute the performance management process.
3.2) Conduct PMGM audit to ensure the quality and efficiency of the employees’ performance development review.
3.3) Support to prepare materials for biannual people review with relevant stakeholders
4. Training and Development
4.1) Support to organize and coordinate the training courses and internal sharing.
4.2) Coordinate with the L&D team to work with stakeholders for training needs, collect training attendance and evaluation for training reports.
4.3) Support to enhance learning culture by introducing, sharing and advising partners for their active learning journeys via e_learning platforms
5. Employee Engagement and Relation Management
5.1) Assist in implementing all employee (engagement) activities: Annual health check-up, Full Moon Festival Party for Children, Family Day, Annual Corp Party, and Annual Team Building/Outing Trips (if any).
5.2) Conduct surveys, stay interviews, and exit interviews to well understand employee engagement and enhance employee satisfaction.
5.3) Build good professional relationships with employees and managers to understand team dynamics, culture and propose intervention if needed. Provide coaching and feedback to key stakeholders to improve business efficiency.
5.4) Work closely with the HRSS team to ensure the internal HR services to employees are delivered.
5.5) Work in and/or support project deliverables.
6. Others: Deliver other tasks as assigned by the line manager and/or the company
III. Qualification Requirement
1. Education
- Must have: University Degree
- Nice to have: Human Resource major is preferred
2. Working Experience
- Must have: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in TA/General Human Resource
- Nice to have: Desired experiences in MNC or Medium size company
3. Skills
- Good English skills (speaking, writing) and communication skills (must have)
- Demonstrate the teamwork and customer service mindset
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Skills
