JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Intelligence Support:

1. Primary and Secondary Sales report:

- Collect and streamlining sales report from all dealers

- Mapping each and all data from dealers' report to exact customers and CPR in charge

- Creating primary and secondary sales report which will be verified and approved by FFE Manager

- Being point of contact for sales team to collect feedbacks/comments regarding sales report

- In-charge of maintaining, support of the IMS PowerBI Dashboard

- Actively check and provide information for approval from FFE Manager/Comex Head for ad-hoc cases.

2. Inventory report

- Collect and streamlining inventory report from all dealers

- Consolidate dealers' report into comprehensive data set for analysis and report based on CPL&MKT and Management request

- In-charge of maintaining, support of the Inventory PowerBI Dashboard and DMS workflow

- Actively check and provide information for approval from FFE Manager/Comex Head for ad-hoc cases.

 

Market Intelligence Support

1. Tender data:

- Collect and streamlining tender report from all dealers.

- Mapping each and all data from dealers' report to exact customers.

- Support CPL, MKT and Management in obtaining, building up the Market tender data via external source (dauthau.info...)

- Consolidate dealers' report and market tender data into comprehensive data set for analysis and report based on CPL&MKT and Management request

- In-charge of maintaining, support of the Tender PowerBI Dashboard

- Actively check and provide information for approval from FFE Manager/Comex Head for ad-hoc cases.

2. Import data:

- Support CPL, MKT and Management in collecting, streamlining, the import data.

- Support CPL, MKT and Management team in building up comprehensive data set for analysis.

Saleforce Effectiveness Support

  1. Responsible for daily operating of the SFDC/Alexis system
  2. Being first point of contact for request of support from Sales & MKT team
  3. In charge of collecting needed information and creating the SFDC/Alexis monthly/quarterly/annually report

Others

- Support FFE Manager, Comex Head and Management Team for FFE related ad-hoc task as requested

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Graduated from University, major in Information system
  • More than 1 years of experience in relevant position
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Working experience in sales & marketing in a multi-national company is advantageous
  • Commercial and business acumen, understanding sales channel nature via reports
  • Strong analytical skills can provide basic data analytic report. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data manipulation and validation). Experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboard creation, DAX); familiarity with CRM systems
  • Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English for user training, relationship building and daily business communication.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, quick learner.
  • High creativity and innovation, passion for new technology in general, self-driven, adaptability, attention to detail.
