Job Function – General:
  • Lead and enhance the implementation process of High-Performance Work Teams (HPWT) across manufacturing areas and applicable departments.
  • Lead Value Stream Analysis (VSA) events to support medium- and long-term improvement strategies for the organization.
  • Manage the implementation and sustainability of the B. Braun Dominican Republic Production System.
  • Lead the Lean Six Sigma training system for the B. Braun Dominican Republic facility.
  • Provide and promote the tools and systems of continuous improvement in all areas / business units to get the most robust and predictable processes.
  • Develop and implement overarching operational strategies aimed at maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Improve utilization of our resources as required, using process improvement projects.
  • Possess and properly manage full authority for all business process improvement projects.
  • Supervise, direct and coach the staff under his/her charge, ensuring that their performance adds value to the organization through projects and processes aimed at continuous improvement and excellence of our operations.
  • Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers and supervisors.
  • Develop policies, procedures and practices that have a significant impact on the organization.
