System Consultant Windows Client

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle management, operation and 2nd level support for applications, solutions and systems as well as components in the following areas:
    • Microsoft Windows Client
    • Client hardware and drivers
    • Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
    • Hardware manufacturer-specific solutions (e.g. Dell, HP)
  • Implementation and optimization of the hardware lifecycle process
  • Ensuring the functionality of the hardware depending on the management platform used
  • Integration and testing of hardware components and drivers
  • Support for users in case of problems with end devices
  • Implementation of administration tasks in existing management systems in accordance with requirements
  • Performing analyses and troubleshooting in the client management system
  • Collaboration on projects (S–XL projects)
  • Support in the design, implementation, communication and rollout of lifecycle activities
  • Active participation in training and certification measures in consultation with management
  • Performing and documenting functional tests
  • Creation and maintenance of the necessary documentation

Professional competencies:

  • Several years of experience in Microsoft Windows client management and support in enterprise environment
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Good experience with hardware lifecycle processes, Hardware Drive Management and manufacturer solutions (eg. Dell, HP)
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2)

  • Analytical thinking and structured working style
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Willingness to engage in continuous further training
