SCM Support Specialist

For our Shared Service Center in Nowy Tomysl, Poland, we are looking for a SCM Support Specialist (m/f/d) for the Supply Chain Management area supporting our local subsidiaries within Europe.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Execute daily administrative supply chain tasks as a service for the European subsidiaries e.g.
  • Master data maintenance and cleansing
  • Gathering and maintenance of product availability information such as adjusted delivery dates in internal planning systems
  • Creation & update of standard KPI-reports
  • Error handling in automated supply chain processes
  • Grant system access and assign authorizations for new employees
  • Support the local end-users on system usage and defined processes by phone, e-mail or web

Professional competencies:

  • Very good English language skills (B2/C1)
  • Good knowledge of the standards Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in Supply Chain, in SAP R/3 and SAP APO is an advantage

Personal competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a virtual team
  • Ability to work independently, well-structured and target oriented
