SCM Support Specialist

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Execute daily operational Supply Chain Management activities on behalf of European subsidiaries within the Shared Service Center, such as:
    • Maintaining and cleansing supply chain-related master data and planning parameters in SAP and connected systems.
    • Mass maintenance of intercompany transfer prices
    • Gathering and maintenance of product availability information such as adjusted delivery dates in internal planning systems
    • Creation and updating standardized KPI reports and dashboards to support operational performance monitoring.
    • Monitoring automated SCM processes, identifying errors, and coordinating issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
    • Granting system access and assigning authorizations for new employees
  • Provide support to local end users on system usage and defined processes via phone, email or web conference

 

Professional competencies:

  • Very good English language skills (B2/C1), German is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience in SAP ERP 
  • Experience in Supply Chain is an advantage
  • Experience in handling master data and transactional processes is an advantage

Salary range: 7.000 - 10.000 PLN gross monthly.
