We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT specialist who will take responsibility for both enterprise Mobile Device Management and macOS administration in a global environment. The role focuses on managing mobile and Apple endpoints, ensuring security and compliance, and supporting end users worldwide. Technologies such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf are commonly used in our environment, but experience with comparable platforms is equally valuable.
Duties and responsibilities:
Mobile Device Management (Primary Focus)
- Operate, configure, and continuously improve our global MDM environment.
- Manage mobile endpoints across iOS/iPadOS, Windows, and other supported platforms.
- Develop and maintain device policies, compliance rules, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
- Ensure secure onboarding, lifecycle management, and decommissioning of mobile devices.
- Evaluate new MDM features and drive standardization across regions.
macOS Administration (secondary Focus)
- Administer and support macOS clients in a professional enterprise environment.
- Develop and maintain profiles, policies, scripts, and automation workflows.
- Manage software distribution, patching, baseline configuration, and security measures for macOS.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for macOS-specific issues.
- Collaborate with global teams on platform improvements and integrations.
Cross-Functional
- Ensure alignment with global security, identity, and compliance standards.
- Provide 2nd/3rd-level support for mobile and macOS topics.
- Maintain clear documentation, guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Work closely with international IT colleagues, product teams, and service owners.
Professional competencies:
- Several years of professional experience in Mobile Device Management (Intune or similar platforms).
- Solid expertise in macOS administration (Jamf or comparable solutions).
- Strong understanding of iOS/iPadOS management practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, identity management, and endpoint security.
- Analytical, reliable, structured working style with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work in a global, cross‑functional team.

Salary ranges: 10.000 - 13.000 PLN gross monthly
