Duties and responsibilities:
- Administrative support for Legal Germany and Regional ECs Legal and Compliance;
- Administration of existing Legal and Compliance SharePoints;
- Global contract assistance upon request by Group Legal, including
- Reporting data from the Contract Lifecycle Management,
- Data-cleanup upon request.
- Process assistance with regards to Organizational Guidelines, in cooperation with Group Legal Department
- Conducting pre-approvals for Healthcare Compliance processes, including
- Perusal of requested actions with regards to compliance regulations and procedures provided by the Group Compliance Office,
- Self-responsible clarification of ambiguities with the requestors of such processes,
- Self-responsible coordination of escalation of those processes; in case of discrepancies to the standard to the regional/local Compliance Officer(s).
- Monitoring and regular reporting of Healthcare-Compliance-pre-approval-processes to the Regional Compliance Officer
- Administrative support for international legal projects including project planning and monitoring, using Microsoft Planner and SharePoint, including
- support setting up and documenting project standards to be followed in legal projects,
- gaining and documenting knowledge on general functions of Microsoft Planner and SharePoint incl. best practices for legal work in this regard;
- Other related tasks and activities upon request by Group Legal Operations
Professional competencies:
- English (B2), German (A1/A2) is a plus
- Basic understanding of contract management desirable

- Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team
- Willingness to learn / hands-on mentality
