Junior Prompting & Knowledge Specialist

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Configuration and maintenance of Copilot Agents within the Legal Area (versioning, testing, documentation)
  • Definition and maintenance of prompt libraries, best practices and usage guidelines supporting Legal work
  • Setup and maintenance of Knowledge Bases (e.g., SharePoints), as a basis for AI Agents/with connection to prompting
  • Solution design for Legal AI Use Cases
  • Support business users in embedding AI into daily workflows, ensuring practical and value-driven usage
  • Technical support on AI topics within the Legal Area
  • Configuration and maintenance of processes using Microsoft functionalities such as Power Automate, Power Apps and similar
  • Other related tasks and activities upon request by Group Legal / Group Legal Operations

Professional competencies:

  • English (B2), German (A1/A2) is a plus
  • Experience in prompting/AI usage (especially with Microsoft Copilot)
  • Basic knowledge of legal work in a corporate environment is desirable

Personal competencies:

  • Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team
  • Ability to translate user requirements into
  • Willingness to learn / hands-on mentality

Salary ranges: 5.000 - 7.000 PLN gross monthly
