Within the B. Braun Group, the “IT-Governance Team” is looking for a new team member for the position “Inhouse Consultant IT Quality Assurance” for our IT Shared Service Center in Poland.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate qualification and validation activities between IT and business
- Execution and documentation of qualification and validation activities according to V-Model, Agile Development methodologies
- Manage and approve change control processes, incl. Documentation, to maintain qualified status of applications and infrastructure
- Execute trainings for CSV (Computer System Validation)
- CSV documentation by using of Requirement Management and Documentation Management Systems
- B.DoCS Administration
- Revision and updates of quality related documentation
- Initiate and monitoring of periodic reviews
- Administration of the document management system
Professional competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Or another educational degree/certificate in an information technology related field with equivalent work experience
- Knowledge about GxP requirements and standards, I.e. ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820
- Excellent CSV and GAMP 5 knowledge
- Experience with agile development according to SCRUM, KanBan
- Knowing requirement management tools, I.e. JIRA, Polarion
- SAP QM Knowlegde would be benefitial
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1)

- Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Good communication skills
- Pure enthusiasm bringing forward team’s capabilities and B. Braun
