Within the CISO Office we are looking for a Global Business Continuity Coordinator. The CISO Office is responsible for information security issues within the B. Braun Group worldwide. We cover all topics from GRC and Security Architecture as well as CDC and Security Operations with a global team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and implementation of a company-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- First point of contact for all BCM matters
- Designing and implementing business impact analyses and supporting the creation of emergency plans
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and normative requirements, e.g. KRITIS, NIS-2, FDA
- Organisation and implementation of training courses and exercises, including their documentation and the monitoring of measures for continuous improvement
- Development of a reporting system for the regular assessment of the company-wide BCM status
- Support in the coordination of crisis management
- Support for special incidents, such as events or emergency and crisis situations
Professional competencies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or natural sciences and at least 2 years of experience in BCM
- Proven qualification in BCM, e.g. certificate according to BSI Standard 200-4 or BCM Manager
- Methodical knowledge and practical experience in Business Continuity Management, preferably in implementation according to BSI Standard 200-4 or ISO 22301
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in BCM, such as BSI Standard 200-4, ISO 22301, KRITIS, ISO 27001, etc
- Experience in project management
- Advanced English (at least B2)
