CO Senior Regional Process Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities:

S/4HANA project

  • Coordination and testing during S/4 User Acceptance Tests – support of local testers, handling communication, providing with trainings, answer technical queries
  • Support in data migration for Controlling scope
  • Documentation of test results, contribution to enrich the test plans, cooperation with IT to solve discovered system issues
  • Support in Cutover and Go-Live planning
  • Hands-on involvement during Hypercare to ensure smooth processes performance after Go-Live and handling issues
  • Substantial role in project rollouts for other regions (currently Europe, in the future South America and Asia Pacific)

 

Other projects and responsibilities:

  • Active participation in Controlling Projects
  • Acting as Process Expert / Subject Matter Expert in CO area and Inventory valuation
  • Standardization and harmonization of CO scope
  • Leading subprojects and acting as first point of contact for assigned area of responsibility
  • Participation in further transition processes, e.g. into our GBS organization
  • Further development of the CO-IT-system landscape
  • Cross-Team Collaboration to identify and implement improvements
  • Support in Month-End Closing Activities (including Inventory Valuation) and Group Reporting, in area of technical errors handling

 

 

Professional competencies:

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in Controlling (mandatory)
  • Experience in GBS/SSC organizations (mandatory)
  • Advanced SAP CO knowledge (SAP CO Consultant role or similar role), including integration with other modules
  • Knowledge of SAP FI, SD, MM and PS
  • Experience in project management, preferably in Supervisor / Project Lead role (S/4 rollout or big transformation projects would be a benefit)
  • Understanding of Functional Specifications, Technical Documentation
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point
  • Higher education in Controlling, IT, Finance and related fields
  • Advanced English proficiency - at least B2 level (spoken and written)
  • Other foreign languages would be nice to have (German, Spanish, French)

  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently, handling priorities effectively
  • Flexibility in adapting to process changes and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills and high attention to details
  • Availability for occasional Business Trips

Salary range: 16.000 - 20.000 PLN gross monthly.
