Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the development and global implementation of training strategy and concepts for finance processes within Shared Service Finance and Finance & Controlling
- Supporting projects / subprojects within SAP S/4 HANA specifically regarding the development of training roadmaps, change management structures and training concepts
- Creation of a global finance training community to ensure global process standardization.
- Design and manage training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of finance professionals and new team members, including detailed onboarding programs and development paths.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure training programs meet local and international standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.

- Solution finding and implementation planning as well as implementation of optimization projects and global finance training concepts.
- Support projects in their change management and training concept development.
Professional competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in training management, preferably in the finance sector or 3-5 years of experience within Shared Service Finance deparments.
- Strong understanding of global finance practices and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
