Accountant AR Collection Management with German

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team. This position is well suited for someone who thinks logically, learns quickly, and feels comfortable working with data and customers. The role combines daily AR activities with regular customer contact in an international environment. 

 

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Posting incoming payments and supporting customer account settlements
  • Sending standard documentation and handling customer queries
  • Monitoring customer balances and overdue receivables
  • Contacting customers regarding payments
    (approx. 85% email communication, 15% phone calls)
  • Documenting activities and customer contact in SAP
  • Participating in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Supporting dispute resolution together with Customer Service and Sales teams
  • Cooperating with Credit Management and other Finance teams
  • Supporting simple process improvements, documentation, and projects

 

 

 

Professional competencies:

  • Min. 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the finance area
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Good command of German (minimum B2), English will be a plus
  • SAP experience is an advantage, but not required

 

 

 

Personal competencies:

  • Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
  • Logical thinking and ability to quickly understand processes

Salary ranges: 7.000 - 10.000 PLN gross monthly.
