If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare innovation, join us as Senior Manager – Marketing & Strategy and shape the future of Orthopaedics & Spine Surgery across Australia and New Zealand.

 

Reporting to Director Orthopaedics and Spine (OSS), in this pivotal role, you’ll lead the commercial strategy and marketing execution for our Orthopaedics & Spine Surgery portfolio. Your mission: deliver sustainable growth through surgeon engagement, portfolio positioning, and integrated solutions that combine implants, technology, and services.

 

You’ll work in a flat, collaborative structure—influencing cross-functional teams—while partnering closely with leadership and global teams to align priorities and drive results.

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

 

  • Own the ANZ OSS strategic plan: market segmentation, portfolio positioning, pricing, and launch roadmaps.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns: KOL programs, clinical education, digital initiatives, and conference presence.
  • Drive surgeon engagement and conversion strategies with evidence-based tactics.
  • Lead bundle selling strategies combining implants, enabling technologies, and services.
  • Conduct market insights and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards while maintaining ethical interactions.

 

 

About You

 

 

To be successful in this role, your background will include:

 

 

  • Several years in senior marketing/strategy roles within healthcare; orthopaedics & spine experience highly valued.
  • Proven success in surgeon engagement and conversion strategies.
  • Expertise in bundle selling and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with ANZ procurement environments.
  • Tech-forward mindset with curiosity for innovation and evidence-based decisions.
  • Flexible, dynamic, and thrives in a flat hierarchy; high ownership and bias to action.
  • Positive and optimistic in approach; resilient under ambiguity and pace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical/Health Sciences (postgraduate preferred).
