Your Opportunity
We are looking for a tenacious and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join B.Braun and promote our range of Pain and Anaesthesia products in our WA territory.
Reporting to Director, Hospital Care - Sales & Marketing, you will partner with public and private hospitals and day surgeries to drive sales growth and market share, well supported by our experienced and dedicated Pain and Anaesthesia team.
Your Responsibilities
- Liaising with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health to promote our Pain and Anaesthesia portfolio in WA region.
- Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information
- Prioritising implementations, in-services, and sales calls
- Working effectively with our Clinical Education and Marketing teams to provide superior customer service.
- Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
About You
To be successful in this role, your background will include:
- Several years experience in Hospital sales
- Resilient and results driven, with a long term, relationship-based sales approach.
- Strong team orientation and a desire to learn.
- Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- Excellent communication, time management and a high attention to detail
Additional requirement:
To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver’s Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
