Your Opportunity

 

If you’re passionate about leadership, strategy, and healthcare innovation, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. We are looking for a talented and experienced  Sales Manager to join our Orthopaedics & Spine Surgery team in Queensland.

 

 

Reporting to Director Orthopaedics and Spine (OSS), in this role as Sales Manager, you’ll lead and coach a team of Technology Sales Specialists, driving performance and building strong partnerships with surgeons and healthcare professionals. You’ll shape sales strategies, negotiate major deals, and ensure alignment with global OSS objectives.

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Build long-term relationships with OSS surgeons and key stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Negotiate major deals and oversee bundle selling (implants + technology + services).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and implement innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on new product launches and campaigns.

 

About You

 

To be successful in this role, your background will include:

 

  • Proven leadership experience in medical devices, orthopaedics, or spine surgery.
  • Strong knowledge of TGA regulations and healthcare compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in surgeon engagement and sales conversions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Flexible and dynamic, thriving in a collaborative, flat hierarchy environment.
  • Positive and optimistic, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Technology-oriented and scientifically curious, passionate about innovation and future-focused solutions.

 

 

Additional requirement :

 

To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver’s Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
