Your Opportunity

 

 

Are you passionate about improving patient experiences and helping individuals access the products and support they need? We're looking for a Patient Engagement Consultant to join our Avitum team and play a key role in strengthening patient confidence, loyalty, and long-term engagement across our Continence and Ostomy Care portfolio.

 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, in this key role, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for patients seeking information, samples, and product support—ensuring they feel heard, informed, and empowered every step of the way. You’ll also collaborate closely with clinicians, distribution partners, and internal teams to deliver a seamless, highquality service experience.

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

 

In this role you will-

 

 

  • Serve as the primary contact for patient enquiries, sample requests, technical information, and product guidance.

 

  • Follow up on sample deliveries, assess patient experience, and provide education or next steps.

 

  • Build strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and key decisionmakers while supporting objections, transitions, and troubleshooting.

 

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, education, and technical teams to ensure smooth and positive customer outcomes.

 

  • Maintain regular communication with program partners and distribution networks, providing insights into patient needs and market trends.

 

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and maintain accurate documentation within the Patient Engagement Program system.

 

 

About You

 

 

To be successful in this role, your background will include:

 

  • Previous experience in medical devices, healthcare customer support, or patient engagement.

 

  • Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills.

 

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fastpaced environment.

 

  • A positive, energetic approach with a commitment to continuous learning.

 

  • A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

 

 

Additional requirement :
