Your Opportunity

 

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to support a wide range of operational activities across our SCM & Operations division.

 

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, in this key role you will be interacting with and supporting multiple departments and external partners, helping to ensure smooth processes and high-quality service delivery.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

In this role you will be responsible for,

 

Operational Support

 

  • Manage Salesforce requests including bids, samples, quotes, and demonstration stock
  • Coordinate consignment and sample stock
  • Process fleet management orders and customer rebates
  • Support stock takes across various locations and formats
  • Assist with project orders and 3PL error resolution

 

Reporting & Analysis

 

  • Generate and maintain operational reports (e.g., DIFOT, open orders, pricing, tenders)
  • Provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

 

Business & Cross-Functional Support

 

  • Assist Customer Service and Technical Services teams during peak periods
  • Support audit processes and quality system updates

 

General Duties

  • Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards
  • Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration

 

About You

 

To be successful in the role you will have,

 

Essential Skills & Experience

 

  • Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce ideal)
  • Intermediate Excel skills and reporting capability
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively

 

Desirable

  • Experience in customer service or healthcare industry
  • Exposure to Power BI and business reporting tools
  • Understanding of supply chain and pricing processes

 

Additional Requirement
