You will join an industrial site specialized in the manufacturing of medical devices for infusion therapy and continence care. Reporting to the Plant Director, and as a member of the Management Committee, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Mission and responsibility:
- Analyze the organization’s performance, monitor financial results, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
- Identify economic risks within their scope of responsibility and report them to management.
- Define and implement key performance indicators and procedures to monitor the organization’s activities.
- Prepare management reporting, present it to senior management, and propose solutions to optimize the organization’s profitability
- Ensure the completion of the budgeting process in close collaboration with operational managers, and contribute to its preparation and presentation to the Divisions for approval.
- Provide technical support (management advice, cost analysis, etc.) to support cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead daily performance reporting in compliance with accounting standards: prepare and analyze monthly management indicators, explain variances between actual results and forecasts, and propose corrective actions.
- Lead management meetings
- Advise and support operational managers in the interpretation of accounting and financial data.
- Calculate product cost prices in compliance with IFRS standards and the Group’s guidelines.
- On request, carry out economic and financial studies and simulations (investments, facility layout or modifications, etc.).
- Contribute to the implementation of controlling processes and tools, propose areas for improvement, and ensure their implementation.
- Manage and supervise a team of two people.
Professional Skills:
- You hold a master’s degree (BAC+5 equivalent) in Finance or Management Control and have at least 7 years of experience as a Management Controller in an industrial environment, within an international context.
- You have a strong command of reporting methods and tools.
- Ideally, you are proficient in the SAP ERP system
- You demonstrate an advanced command of Excel and Power BI
- You have solid expertise in the accounting fundamentals of industrial controlling
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French
