As a Territory Sales Executive at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Role requires clarity of OT Presence , Surgical Background, Delhi & NCR Territoty Knowledge. Previous experience with surgeons, onco surgeons, gyn, ortho required.
  •  Achieve territorial sales targets (value and units) and desired market share in the assigned area.
  • Manage and expand the territorial distribution network, ensuring efficient product availability.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, maintain call averages, and build strong relationships with customers, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Execute product and therapy-related activities according to marketing guidelines and implement company sales strategies to generate demand.
  • Accurately report daily calls, effort parameters, dealer stock and sales data, and maintain updated customer databases and Must to See Customer List (MCL).

 

 What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Engineering, providing a strong foundation in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/medical field.
  • 2-6 years of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical/medical industry, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets.
  •  Demonstrated trust, value diversity, accountability, proactive initiative, strong learning aptitude, logical planning, organizational skills, customer centric approach, and good communication skills.
