As a Territory Sales Executive at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing activities for the Interventional Therapy product portfolio at B. Braun.
- Develop and execute a channel partner strategy aligned with business priorities, market potential, and territory coverage requirements.
- Build channel partner capabilities through structured product, clinical, selling-skills, and compliance training.
- Execute the sales strategy and achieve agreed targets by aligning marketing priorities with field-sales activities.
- Develop and execute a structured KOL engagement plan aligned with the portfolio’s business objectives.
- Facilitate advisory boards, clinical workshops, peer-to-peer programmes, seminars, and product-evaluation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, clinical education, partnerships, and new business models.

- Develop and execute annual and long-range business strategies aligned with market potential, growth priorities, and profitability objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into product, territory, account, and channel plans with clear milestones and ownership.
- Identify growth opportunities and business risks through analysis of customers, competition, pricing, and portfolio performance.
- Lead go-to-market and market-development initiatives, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute the channel strategy to deliver agreed annual revenue, growth, market share, and territory-coverage targets.
- Identify, appoint, onboard, and evaluate channel partners against defined commercial, capability, service, and compliance criteria, with 100% completion of annual partner assessments.
- Establish annual business plans for all channel-partners, covering sales targets, priority accounts, pipeline, inventory, receivables, and market-development activities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with all key partners and implement time-bound corrective actions for performance gaps.
- Maintain partner forecast accuracy of sales, inventory within agreed norms, and receivables within approved credit terms.
- Categorize KOLs by specialty, institution, geography, clinical influence, academic contribution, and portfolio relevance.
- Focus activities on product adoption, procedure development, clinical education, evidence generation, new-product introduction, and access to priority institutions.
- Define criteria for clinical advocates, training centers, demonstration sites, and centers of excellence.
- Require coordination with Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance.
- Ensure all engagements, payments, documentation, and product discussions follow applicable policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely BBC reporting, opportunity updates, and other required commercial information.
- Submit a realistic monthly rolling forecast supported by account-level assumptions, probability, timing, and key risks.
What will you bring to the team?
- Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline is required.
- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Marketing, or a relevant scientific discipline is preferred.
- 10 - 13 years of relevant sales, marketing, or business-development experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare equipment, or pharmaceuticals.
- Demonstrated experience in channel-partner management, KOL engagement, product launches, market development, and achievement of commercial targets.
- Experience in interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, vascular therapy, cardiac surgery, or related clinical specialties is preferred.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, cross-functional initiatives, and regional or national business responsibilities is desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively based on business and customer requirements.
