As a National Sales Manager at B. Braun you will play a vital role in overall sales management of Stoma care, Wound care, Wound Drainage, Vascular graft and Urinary care, it includes developing and execution of strategic business plan, managing a sales team, developing new and existing customers and products, costing, inventory and pricing management, overseeing service personnel, ensuring the highest level of customer service and participating in the overall management of the Department as assigned. Also accountable for ensuring that sales revenue and profitability result is maximized and achieve Department's objectives and target.
Your key responsibilities:
- Leadership: Develop and communicate department goals, create a cooperative work environment, and promote integrity, ethics, and high performance within the team.
- Personnel Management & Development: Manage hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations, ensuring staff is motivated, competent, and aligned with the division’s objectives.
- Sales Management: Implement sales and marketing plans, manage customer portfolios, ensure compliance with contracts, and drive sales and profit goals through effective strategies and technologies.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with SCM on inventory forecasting, assist with project planning, and ensure the division maintains optimal inventory levels.
- Business Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners, while creating policies to enhance business interactions.
- Competitive Management: Monitor competitors’ activities (pricing, products, personnel) and ensure the sales team reports and plans responses to maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Ensure team compliance with Business Scorecard (BSC) metrics, review progress on sales and profit targets, and engage in select sales calls to support team efforts.
- Team and Division Growth: Participate in management planning, evaluate team effectiveness, and ensure the division is adequately staffed and motivated to achieve goals
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 5 years of experienced as sales in healthcare business with 3 years of experience in people management
- English skill in intermediate level
